Imagínate un mundo
donde miras al cielo
y en vez de bombarderos
hay aves que alzan vuelo.
Imagínate un mundo
donde miras al cielo
y en vez de proyectiles
caen las hojas al suelo.
Imagínate un mundo
donde miras al cielo
y en vez de nubes
de humo
retoña el ciruelo.
Imagínate un mundo
donde miras al cielo
y en vez de estallidos
resuena un arroyuelo.
Imagínate un mundo
sin odios ni apatía
donde al fin amanece
el sol de un nuevo día.

where you look at the sky
and instead of bomber planes
you see birds taking flight.
Imagine a world
where you look at the sky
and instead of a missile strike
you feel leaves falling to the ground.
Imagine a world
where you look at the sky
and instead of a cloud of smoke
you smell the blooms on a plum tree.
Imagine a world
where you look at the sky
and instead of loud blasts
you hear the murmur of a stream.
Imagine a world
void of apathy and hate
where we finally witness
the dawn of a new day.
